The Interpersonal Suite – executive education from MGSM

With automation and artificial intelligence rapidly disrupting the workforce, strong interpersonal skills are becoming increasingly important as a point of difference among managers and leaders.
MGSM’s suite of interpersonal skills programs has been designed to support you in leading with empathy, negotiating with skill, and communicating with presence.

Applying Emotional Intelligence

Apply emotional intelligence in leadership and management.
Psychologist and author Daniel Goleman first brought the term “emotional intelligence” to a wide audience with his 1995 book of the same name.

In his research at nearly 200 large, global companies, Goleman found that truly effective leaders are distinguished by a high degree of emotional intelligence.

A key design feature of MGSM’s program, Applying Emotional Intelligence  is the internationally recognised Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment, which is undertaken prior to attendance.

Guidance on your individual results and how to respond to them is provided in confidence during the program.
