Our final Business After Hours for 2017 drew members and guests to the beautiful and inspiring premises of Brenda Colahan Fine Art in Putney.
Brenda told guests how it was possible to invest in fine art for your business, and claim up to 100% of it back in tax (to a maximum of $20,000). With affordable art at her gallery starting from just over $1,000, there’s a great reason to get your office or premises looking good. You’ll be investing in artists with a growing reputation and your art will increase in value while you enjoy it. What are you waiting for?
Our President Tony Abboud spoke about:
- Business Development in Ryde and Macquarie Park
- Transport concerns – road, rail and water.
- Light Rail opportunities – an update Parramatta to Melrose Park.
- Village Chamber growth Putney and link with Riverside structure.
- Riverside Business Chamber new Executive Board
David Hill, President of Parramatta Chamber of Commerce, spoke about the synergies between Parramatta and the Ryde region – watch this space as we are planning a joint function with Parramatta Chamber next year.
